The Company was founded by Elise Stacey Chambers in 2010. She is a business veteran, film producer, scriptwriter and music industry executive, and recognized by her peers as "Rennaisance Woman." She is an recipient of the Washington DC, Chamber of Commerce Business Leader Award. Elise has formerly served as a New Jersey delegate in Washington DC, under the leadership of Edie Fraser Oppenheim, the Founder and Director of the Business Women's Network. The largest network of women business leaders in the world.

Jeff Wells the former Vice President and General Manager of Ruffhouse Records during its ten year life, is the President of Artist Development and Director of Music at Roundtable Entertainment Media, and is a two time Grammy Winner for the Best Record of the Year and Best Group or Duo with Vocals. Killing Me Softly by the Fugees. Roundtable Entertainment  Media was incorporated and branded Rountable Entertainment Media in 2012.
